Plans and payments
Essential: €99 for setup and card, plus €20/month for hosting and ongoing support. Professional: €149 for setup and card, plus €25/month. Card Only: €49, with no monthly fee and no PeepTouch-hosted portfolio. Prices include VAT.
The initial payment is a one-off fee. Send your materials after ordering. The first monthly payment is charged no earlier than one month after the one-off payment, and only after portfolio approval and activation. Cancel anytime in your account; service continues until the end of the current period.
Creation and review
Essential includes an introduction, photo, contact details, social links and a Save Contact feature. Professional adds a gallery of up to 20 images, services, client-supplied testimonials and brand-tailored design. You supply materials you have the right to use and confirm the accuracy of the content.
When your preview is ready, we send an email. In your project area, you can view it, approve it or request changes in writing. Requests outside the original scope are assessed and quoted before additional work begins. Timing depends on your materials and customisation; contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.
Card and ongoing support
Card preparation follows design approval. Our team agrees the delivery details with you. Hosting, maintenance and support for small updates are included in the Essential and Professional monthly fees. Additional requests are quoted before we proceed.
Managing or cancelling
Use “Manage payments” in your account or contact our team. When hosting ends, your portfolio is no longer available on PeepTouch infrastructure. Before cancelling, you can discuss your content and handover options with us. For questions, problems or refund requests, contact us with your order number; this information does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Other options
Business: base price of €250 per portfolio, VAT included, delivered for publication on the company's domain and server. The company is responsible for hosting and maintenance, with no PeepTouch monthly fee. Volume discounts: 10% for up to 5 team members and 20% for up to 20. Teams of 20 or more receive a tailored quote. These terms apply to businesses, not individual plans. A 14-day trial is arranged directly with our team upon enquiry.
